Projects

Custom: The River House

We work with entrepreneurial architects from around the globe to build truly custom homes. This home on the Kenai River in Kenai, Alaska was an Alaskan contemporary build inspired by Scandinavian and Nordic design which works well with Alaskan climate extremes and stunning views that change with the seasons.

Turn-key: Legacy Loop, Winston Circle, Churchill Meadows

Winston Circle subdivision (finished 2020) Churchill Meadows (finished 2024). Three and four bedroom single-story homes with comfortable, energy efficient open-concept living with emphasis on natural light.
Remodel: Green Valley Refresh

GVS Residential Remodel, 2021
Modernized trim work, doors, window layout and front entry. Changed cabinetry and layout in laundry room. Small addition off of bill payer’s suite, covered patio, and fire pit area.
